Given equivalent SAT scores and GPA the male gets the acceptance letter. White females need higher scores than white males.
Only the very top schools or selective STEM programs might discriminate against males re: test scores and grades.
For the vast majority of colleges, the bar is decidedly lower these days for boys than it is for girls.
