This reminds me of the absurdity of the no-smoking laws here in San Diego. Smoking is not allowed on the beaches but fires in fire pits is perfectly legal.
Smokers at the beach are THE worst. Leave their butts all over even if a special receptical (taxpayer paid of course) is 1 foot away.
Disgusting.
Plus if you’re going to allow tobacco combustion, why not other substances as well? Why can’t people combust charcoal or wood or even trash?
if they’re banning smoking due to it being a public health hazard, then why aren’t they banning homosexuality?
Chip Chip Chipping away at American freedom. These low tier politicans are some real “heroes”.
I just wish politicians would have the gonads to outlaw smoke products altogether.
Of course that means they’d have to give up taxes, but stop the hypocrisy for pete’s sake.
That is not a slam on smokers but on the principles politicians should have.
Once they realize they just banned smoking pot they will realize the Coumo moment they had.

Stupid...about half the people on those beaches are from Asia and heavy smokers...nothing like putting a knife in your chicken that lays the golden egg. Liberals amaze me.
I wandered a little too far east at Waikiki,(past the old Navitorium)
And found myself surrounded by good-looking amorous men.
The only problem was,
They were being amorous with each other.
I wonder if their “activities” will be banned, along with that nasty, naughty smoking?
