Strange, when I click on the link it takes me to directly to the correct video. Oh well, that aside, also clicked on the article link from this FR page and then clicked on the Q13 "home" link. At the Q13Fox.com Home page, I typed the words "Man tased 4 times" (without the quotations) into the Search field at the upper right corner of the page, and hit "search". I was rewarded with two hits, one being the correct link that takes you right to the video.

Also, entering "EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Man Tased 4 times fights off police on I-5" (without the quotes) into a Google Search brings the correct Q13 page (as well as this Free Republic page) and other news sites that covered the story and hosted the video.

One of those other sites is the UK Daily Mail, and you can see the same video there as well:
