So, when a woman goes in for an abortion, she must also be sterilized. If she kills one child, she is showing that she is not fit to be a mother.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely right. Sometime they spare children for selfish reasons. This is why cases of child abuse and neglect have increased by 1000% since Roe V Wade. They bought the doctrine that the child is worthless so the child is treated as worthless for all his or her days. Now we have legions of completely destroyed individuals clinging to the welfare state and hard drugs. The bill of rights only covers the right to a fair trail for murderers. Once they sign that paper to murder the child or once the caseworkers have confirmed the brutality/abuse, the evidence is then clear. They forfeit their right to be treated like humans. Sterilize them.
