No complaining abut sex, the complaints are about how it is being presented
Violence has been a fact throughout human history. You can bet that before they started keeping records it was far worse.
Sex has been a fact throughout human history, too. Right?
My confusion is how people can sputter and mutter about seeing implied sex on tv and yet, not blink at graphic violence. The sex is implied because there is no actual “act” going on. Some movement, some boobs, etc. But nothing specific that shows you that it is intercourse. (Thankfully)
On the other hand, people are stabbed, cut, bludgeoned, etc., and it’s shown. It’s not real, but it’s shown with blood and special effects. Every specific detail of the violence is shown. Nothing is implied.
