Do the walkers retain any humanity? I think they do, there are clues.

Well, maybe you do but I think you're wrong. If there are any so-called "clues" then I think you're the only one who has seen them........

I’m sure the Governor will die late in the episode. The fate of the town will be unknown. The lead fighters for the town will die too. Milton will survive as the only possible town leader but he will be a slobbering mess after the big fight. I think it will be a cliffhanger over Rick deciding to lead the city or stay in the prison.

Possible huge change in plot: During the fight another unknown group attacks the prison and Rick and the Governor must join forces or die.

True enough about the comic. Rick began the T.V. show by killing a zombie child. The T.V. series is very gory and goes to places other shows haven’t, but there are things in the comic that they would not show on T.V. The scenes with Michonne and the Governor come to mind. So, for that reason, I think, and hope, that the baby Judith will survive.

That is the nature of obscure clues. The clues I recall have been seen by everyone who watches TWD, but actually recognizing them as clues to future events or explanations for this or that - requires a good memory and the ability to think out of the box.

This whole thread is a poll about who thinks what character will die in the season finale. Those who have answered may or may not have a reason for their choice, it’s all in fun after all.

As for me, I enjoy finding the reason, the plot twist, wrong or right. If you think I’m wrong that is your prerogative . In the post I referenced, and in the prior ones I didn’t reference, you aggressively submitted, without reason, that I was wrong - its all you could say, end of story. That is not conversation.

I thought it was just me you had a problem with, perhaps over some other different thread or subject, but when you could have easily ignored Billy Boy instead of attacking him, I knew it was your problem.

If you’d like to friendly up a bit, I think we could have an interesting discourse. If not, then just ignore my posts - it won’t hurt my feelings at all.

Yes. Your observations are good ones. The coldness of ignoring the hitch-hiker showed how all the characters have changed. It’s a hard world and people in that tv world would certainly not act like most civilized people behave now. I also think the show captures people’s fears about social breakdown, which is a fear that many people have right now.

Both the show and the comic dismiss that idea. Think about the scientist and the discussion of his wife who was bitten.
Also, the governor and Milton were conducting experiments in hope that the zombies could be normalized, but these have failed completely.

I have access to all the past episodes so I don't have to rely on memory. If you can point me to specific events, I'll review the episode and see.....

If you’d like to friendly up a bit, I think we could have an interesting discourse.

Unless I'm mistaken, isn't that what we're having right now?

My husband was reading a forum and saw “rumors”, for what they’re worth, that Herschel, Beth, and Judith will die.

I so hope Herschel won’t get iced....ditto Glenn and Maggie.

I do believe poor Milton is a goner.

"Didn’t Glenn die in the comics?"

Never read them myself, but Robert Kirkman said the comics and the show are two different animals.

There seem to be some “fake” spoilers floating around out there. Other than those promo pics that I posted, they seem to be fairly stingy with the spoilers for this last episode. I guess we’ll keep an eye on the into. to see if they give clues again this time around. ;-)

You know, I remember someone used to post a thread for “Dancing with the Stars.” I never watched that show-—in fact, I never had the slightest desire to watch it.
But I wouldn’t have dreamed of going there just to say so. What would have been the point? I’d have just come off looking like a jerk.

Milton, Beth, Tyreese (& Carol?). If Milton stays, Hershel goes. If baby Judith has been developing in weird ways behind the scenes the whole thing is a crap-shoot.

Just a guess.

Yes, there are a lot of similarities, but a lot of differences, too. No Merle and Daryl in the comics. Tyreese never went over to Woodbury. They never went to the CDC in the comics, etc.

but when you could have easily ignored Billy Boy instead of attacking him,

Sweetheart, you haven't been around these parts long enough to remember the term "thread hijacker" and how they used to be properly dealt with.......

Your homie, who I shall not mention by name, is exactly that...And by the way, he has a history of being such a buttinski so spare me the tears on his behalf.
