“Must find old 50” tv...”

I’ve got one in my living. Damned monstrosity WON’T die! 5000.00 in 1994. Apparently it wasn’t a ripoff.

It’ll last forever. Newer TVs, made after 2000, forget it. All junk. For that matter, all new appliances are all junk, too.

Our 24 inch CRT TV from 1988 outlasted all of our tube TVs including our DLP. We gave it to my wife’s grandmother when we bought our DLP. Still running, with a decent picture, when grandmother went into a nursing home.
