Mother not watching her child, grandma lying in bed. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Lazy, useless morons. Charge these fools with neglect, and murder. This enrages me. I’m so tired of things like this.

I had a neighbor in college who had a couple of Chows (another vicious, unpredictable breed) and they also kept rabbits in hutches outside. They could never figure out why the rabbits were dying of no apparent causes, when it was from FRIGHT (heart attack) when the dogs would charge the cages. I watched this several times.
