When Obama starts directly tapping bank accounts the excrement will hit the fan. I don't know if it will or not. In Cyprus they're mostly just rolling over and taking it (so far).
Obamacare is essentially going to tap bank accounts to collect penalties...at least via your tax refund.
Expect new penalties for other things like "assault" weapon possession now that the monetary seizure mechanism is in place.
