yep... was called a bigot who hates gays all day long today. by a frigging granny who has spent the last 35 years quoting bible verses like she was the most christian of people. instead i found out that the conservative christian of yesterday is now a flaming liberal gay rights drum beater and why? Because someone very close to her has come out of the closet!
And this is the saddest thing to see among those who should — and really do — know better. The Truth is not determined my personal circumstances. Never has been. Never will be. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. What He has said is wrong has always been wrong and will forever be wrong, regardless of what family member is engaging in that behavior. I find myself growing more and more outspoken and less and less tolerant of the nonsense so prevalent in our culture today. Hope you called this person out.
