Look up Lewis v. United States (1980) “This Court has recognized repeatedly that a legislature constitutionally may prohibit a convicted felon from engaging in activities far more fundamental than the possession of a firearm.”

Look up Lewis v. United States (1980) “This Court has recognized repeatedly that a legislature constitutionally may prohibit a convicted felon from engaging in activities far more fundamental than the possession of a firearm.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is this the same court that says obamacare is constitutional?

I'm sorry but the supreme court has become a farce. I just wonder in what part of the Constitution did they find where the legislature has the power to "prohibit" Constitutional rights that the founders made as clear as could be put into words that the source of these rights was OUR CREATOR and NOT government. A legislature cannot take away rights that come from god.

If that were true, and it's not, then government can simply make more and more acts "felonies" and thus "prohibit" anyone and everyones Constitutional rights.

Wait a minute.....that's EXCATLY what's happening now.
