George W. Bush's fingerprints are all over Terri's murder. Why would they worry about something called the Tenth Amendment? Nothing ever stopped the Bush's from doing bad stuff before. This was just the worst, unlawful thing they did that the public got wind of. When did The Constitution ever stop an evil doer from acting?

Gee, never. The Bush's killed Terri. He didn't kill her until after he got re-elected. Then, he started working on bumping her off immediately. Don't you know the biggest money men in the GOP are in Pinellas County: SEMBLER, BATTAGLIA, et al. These big money men funded all the Bush's ALWAYS. The Semblers were best pals of Judge Greer and Michael Schiavo.

How dare you talk about The Constitution? Let's talk about the big GOP donors in Pinellas County who wanted Terri dead so that their friend Judge Greer wouldn't get embarassed and so that Mikey Schiavo wouldn't blackmail anyone. GOT IT?

With all due respect floriduh voter, please consider the following.

Your “Bush did it” reply helps to confirm my suspicions of widespread ignorance as to why the Founding States made the federal Constitution, particularly to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers. More specifically, as evidenced by Terri’s case, Constitution-ignorant patriots now wrongly turn to the federal government, particularly the Supreme Court, to help people like Terri, because they evidently don’t understand that such issues are 10th Amendment protected state power issues, voters needing to work with their state lawmakers to protect people like Terri.
