tell me, and show me an example, of how the governor of a state has the right/power to intervene in a situation such as this.....won't happen.

show me ONE time that a governor has called up the National Guard to intervene in a medical decision made by a husband concerning his wife....That's nonsense, Bush was powerless to stop this other than by making a personaL APPEAL TO THE HUSBAND......WHICH HE WOULD HAVE IGNORED.
