Tim Allen appears to be a Hollywood Republican, a fairly tame species that mainly eats its own. His wife on the current show is Nancy Travis, a lib. The writers are obviously all knee jerk liberal, par for the Hollywood course. The show took a dive this season when they replaced the eldest daughter with an actress who can’t act and looks like a troll. They also gave her a baby daddy who’s a dead ringer ideologically for Meathead on All In the Family, which the producers seem intent on copying.
This is how once-decent sitcoms self-destruct.
