Well, I suppose that once again, as always, this is open to interpretation. Those that oppose further gun control "feel" that this prevents any record keeping. The radical left wing extremist demokkkrat scumbags "feel" that it only means that doctors/health facilities are prevented from obtaining and keeping firearms info. They "feel" that anybody else can collect and keep the info including the department of sanitation, department of education, FBI, CIA, DHS, TSA, animal control..... You get the idea. I'd like to believe that it stops the UBC legislation but ya' never know with these clowns.
