In all my curmudgeon-y years as an American citizen, I have never ever heard of the Amish or those wily Baptists or even Branch Davidians practicing female genital mutilation as a matter of culture and religious practice.
I fully expected the 'journalist' of this article to tortuously trot out some whitey sect of Christianity to provide cover for all those of the Islamic faith who torture their own. Bueller? Bueller?
