xshub’s theory is that the Caps banked on their not being a season with the way the negotiations were going, and so didn’t condition or prepare themselves properly. i have no idea what it is, but they annoy the crap out of me with the way they play. Brouwer, who’s allegedly one of our better players this season, made some boneheaded pass that fed the puck to a Bruin for a score. just ridic stuff.

gross is not only bragging on your own team [and pride DO go before a fall, so i’d be careful of that] but taunting people who are complaining about their own struggling teams. it’s obnox on stilts. but you knew that! and even the known flyers fan isn’t obnox that way!
