Not in the Old Testament, he didn’t. Those refer, I believe to God Himself, from my interpretation of Hebrew scriptures, except in Job, which is Talmudically viewed as illustrative fiction.
Belief in Satan is polytheism IMHO. There is an abundance of evidence for God in the universe, but none whatsoever for Satan until he becomes a causative agent for evil that Man abstracts from his own mind.
