A fifteen year old is incapable of consenting to sexual relations with an adult under the law. That's why it's known by several other names such as statutory rape or felony child sexual abuse.

This is entirely separate from any presumed child abuse under the law for possibly excessive punishment applied by the mother to her son as a result of the above.

In my opinion, that electrical cord could have been put to much better use in several other ways, but applied to her nephew who is really the worst of the lot, not that any of the three are pure as the driven snow, and the law concurs if the incident transpired as described.

That's what I was thinking. What happened to 15 will get you 30? Or is that not the law there?
