What an ass.

You don’t whip people with electrical cords. That is assault.

She is within her rights to discipline her 15 year old but she has no right to do so in a way that is likely to cause injury.

Look at the language being used on this thread...'whip', 'beat'...was this an extension cord? She struck a fifteen year-old with an extension cord? Oh, my. I got my butt tanned with belts, extension cords, and whatever when I was a teen...I deserved it, and lived to tell about it. No wonder we have generations of feral children out of control in this country. Maybe Mom should have given him a 'time out'.
