In some parts of the South, IIRC, “carry” is used to indicate giving someone a ride, e.g., “Can you carry me to church next Sunday?”

In some parts of the South, IIRC, carry is used to indicate giving someone a ride Yes. I encountered that usage when I lived in Georgia for a short time. It's not commonly used in my native upper east Tennessee.
