Nothing wrong with beef hearts, they taste like any other cut but they are very tough. Grinding or stewing is the best way to do them.

Nothing wrong with beef hearts, they taste like any other cut but they are very tough. Grinding or stewing is the best way to do them. I'm not opposed to him selling them. But, if I buy ground sirloin, I expect ground sirloin and not whatever "mix" he feels like selling. It is dishonest, at best, and deceptive, at worst.
