That explains a lot. Was it of the Jesse Ventura variety where they film the back of a mall and claim it is a secret governemnt facility/concentration camp, or was it of the Alex Jones type where they take some obscure military document on how to deal with refugees in some third world hell hole, pick a few sentences out to make it appear it is plans for camps here? (or funnier still, when they bring in Denver Airport).

Your second idea would explain it very nicely. But as I said earlier, these days I can't be entirely sure of the amount of humor involved.
