I have one question…. How do you stream Ihart without a cellular data connection?
Ow, that’s right, you can’t.

So you will have to have a cellular data plan costing many $$$ every month to support simple radio listening.

If the power is out, lines are down, and the cellular system is down, you are just screwed. It doesn’t mater if the local AM radio station has redundant backups, with full generator power, you won’t be able to hear them to find out any information regarding the situation..
