Yawn. Yes, Oberlin, that hotbed of nazism and white supremacy.

We've all seen how this is going to play out. Eventually someone catches the perp scrawling "hate speech" somewhere and Surprise! Surprise! the perp turns out to be a transgendered/minority/lesbian/member of the oppressed class/whatever "trying to bring attention to the issue."

It takes absolutely no stretch of the imagination to visualize exactly how this ends.

The sequence has a couple more steps:

• after the left-wing nutcase that's doing this is exposed, he/she checks into a rehab facility (can't be touched there by the law, all resulting records are sealed by HIPAA) and ...
• the entire incident goes into the Media Memory Hole, thereby resetting the mechanism so that the next time this happens, the MSM reaction is exactly what it would be if there had never been a case of a manufactured hate crime anywhere in recorded history.
