I made a dumb mistake in my post...that should be 2.55 Mbps.
Our grade at speedtest.net is D-. Our service is currently with Verizon, and we’re looking around at different options.
We’re paying almost $100 a month to Directv and there is never anything to watch, considering the fact that reality shows dominate now. So maybe we’ll go back to cable, get a package deal and better internet speed, or maybe we’ll just go the Hulu route.
OK that makes sense then. Yeah you are below what is recommended for streaming HD video.
See if they have Time Warner in your area. That is what we use. Their internet is awesome but their TV cable sux, we just canceled it (and not missing it a bit!)
