Maybe a “bench fire” from 100ft away, but no closer. Is there a YT of it yet?

The sign said Vermont Bear Left. So we went home.

And 1858 Remington army on steroids.

Sounds more like an 8 gauge pistol, gotta see what he does for a holster on this baby, I would love to make one as well but instead a 4 foot long 1911.

Some people have too much time on their hands.

It would make a good sign for a gun shop.

RT reports that "It took Mr (Ryszard) Tobys around 2,500 hours to construct, since most of the parts had to be built by hand."

No sh!t, Sherlock. What was your first clue? Other than a couple of large machine screws, almost everything would have to be made by hand. :)

Ping to all my blackpowder and revolver friends. It looks like some people are making up for lost trigger time now that the commies are gone.

Does he cast his own bullets, or does he farm that job out to a foundry. :) To keep things simple, each cylinder probably uses one can of Fg cannon powder.

I’m thinking an even more effective and perhaps desirable load for this puppy would be 5 oz kielbasas.

A 5 oz. bullet would be a 2187 grain bullet.

To put that in perspective, a trapdoor 45/70 shot a 500 grain lead bullet. It took 14 of those bullets to weigh a pound. This bullet would be more than 4 times that large.

Looks like a fake photo. But who knows.
