How about making sponge cakes or pound cakes? If you can’t eat that much cake, you could sell them or give them away or freeze them.

Other ideas might be homemade ice cream, or custard, or mayo, or crepes that could be frozen.

You know, I thought about that.....I was hoping I could make recipes which would be good without refrigeration and sponge cake would do the trick!

Aiii! How could I have forgotten to add mayo to my previous reply?!?

As for crepes, I suspect that if I dig deep enough in the chest freezer, I’ll find some fossilized crepes buried near the bottom.
