Ah, the greats. I met Asimov once. Unfortunately in his last years he swallowed the “Population Bomb” propaganda hook, line and sinker and the day we spoke overpopulation was all he would talk about. I was young and respectful and didn’t argue, but it was pathetic to see his great mind hobbled by fear of the boogieman. I was glad to see Bradbury stay clear-eyed and focused right up until the end.
