That map does a good job of illustrating a point. The gross majority of americans live in large cities. Almost all of our large cities on on coastlines. This map shows that this would affect over 85% of all americans. Only those in flyover country would be unaffected.
Another reason to require extraordinary evidence to prove an extraordinary claim.
Oh, and a friend gave me a videotape by Larkin Rose 15 years ago that makes a much stronger case than this article does. The case it makes is that none of us should be paying federal income taxes on our US wages.

I live at the very southern edge of vermont. By the looks of that map, I qualify for the 100 mile rule, while my daughters in the next town to the west do not (the tiny little speck of white.)”Sigh”
What? I live in Western Michigan in one of the yellow bands on the map, but there is no way that I am within 100 miles of Canada!
