There aren’t that many companies like First Data, so if they decide to stop the funds there isn’t much you can do except pay cash.

So First Data is refusing to process funds to the merchant and also refusing to refund the payments to customers.
Sounds like out and out theft.

Yes, I feel like I’ve been robbed and mugged in a back alley. What grinds my gears is that this was done without any action from Congress and we don’t have any congress members with the balls to complain about it and defend the 2nd amendment.

Time for legal action via a class action civil suit to collect all funds owed plus interest, damages, loss of profits on the monies held, all legal court costs, costs of collection, and any and all other costs a team of creative legal sharks can dream up.

I set-up credit card purchasing through my web site. It took twice as long as usual because the underwriting department sat on it until I called to ask why it was taking so long. When I finally got someone on the phone, they asked if I was selling firearms or ammo. I stated that we were only selling targets for shooting - they asked again “firearms or ammo?” when I said no, the account was approved. They said that their bank will not allow any business that sells firearms or ammo. Total B.S.

I wonder if there is an opportunity for some sort of third party processing or ‘front’ to get around these banks. Create a front company where you are buying credits from some generic company, ABC Books or something like that. Those credits can then be spent on firearms or whatever.

Interesting....I was lucky enough to find my ammo on the Cabelas website, and I ordered 500 rnds 9mm with my USAA Mastercard. My account was debited....but now a week later it has been ‘undebited’. I thought maybe Cabelas oversold. Now I wonder if its something else.

Shirley, this thread is important enough to use the keyword ‘banglist’ so I added it.

I wouldn’t be so quick with that B.S. call.
Banks, by and large, belong to the same people who own the Central Banks, which are the owners of record of the Federal Reserve Bank. The Federal Reserve Bank is privately owned and is NOT a part of our government.
All of them are dominated by the international financiers who are the pulling Obama’s strings.
They want us disarmed because the economic collapse of the U.S. is underway and they’re terrified of us, the citizenry.

I wouldn't be so quick with that B.S. call. I'll call it B.S. no matter who is behind it. Typical guns and ammo aren't illegal here. It's not like I'm taking credit cards for heroine.
