I was thinking of this word the other night. When I was out with my wife. Morgan Fairchild.

We’re hurtling towards sequestration.
I don’t see sequestration as all that evil....I see it as a tool to punish the left for giving us 0 again. The lefties are the ones who want to live off the gov dole.
I thought the “Word” was going to be “vapid”, with your reference to Ms Fairchild.
Oh, I hear you. But you can be sure the cuts will not be where they SHOULD be.
The “across the board” cuts will probably end up being mostly military. JMHO.

Gosh i am hoping that the sequestration goes through. but i refuse to watch any news or read anything about it, so someone tell me if it happens : )
I wish the republicans would hold firm but the media is not going to admit this was obams idea and remind the population of his November speech claiming he didn’t want to change anything on sequestration - it was inevitable if they couldn’t come to some spending cut agreement..... but the government run media isn’t going to tell that.

If the GOP were smart they would do a daily “here’s something wasteful that wasn’t cut” in order to highlight the choices made by executive branch.
Like George Will said, it defies reason that we.must stop a carrier from deploying to the Persian Gulf because of a 2% cut. That we must close airport security and control towers.
Every working American took a 2% cut this year. It’s impossible for ourgov’t to also cut 2% without losing essential services?
of course it isn’t! even gov’t workers would tell you that! it’s a false choice set up by the obams.
but as a point of fact gov’t workers took the same 2% cut that everyone else did.
we could cut 0’s vacations and save it.
