A bigger business with a good lawyer could profit handsomely from ignoring this edict, investing the money and going to court with a jury.

Actually, here’s the business model.

You start a web-site in New York City called “Illegal Sodas”, and take orders via the internet. You have a dozen small vans roaming the city with 2-liter soda bottles. You have the employees dressed in uniforms with “Bloomberg Rules” written all over them. You base the company and web-site out of Sandy Hook, New Jersey...just to bring the profits to the right people.

Don’t worry about the cops....they won’t waste a minute going after you. Fancy lawyers? They’d have to find the vans and get cops to arrest people. That won’t happen. You will make sale after sale. Figure at least a million in profit after two weeks.
