I think he's also a Lost Causer, as such types often are.
Thank you for your vigilance, wideawake. Unfortunately the comment had already been deleted by the time I clicked on the thread. I'll take your word for it, though.
The Old South and the Confederacy weren't anti-Semitic, and my anti-Confederatism comes from my political philosophy and heritage as the descendant of Southern Unionists rather than from my religious beliefs. One could certainly be a Noachide and take the side of the Confederacy.
The anti-Semitism one sees so often in neo-Confederate circles doesn't come from their Confederate ancestors, but from the Midwestern Germanophile isolationists who have been running "palaeconservatism" since before WWII. Any time you see "Confederates" bemoaning our participation in WWII (which real Southerners supported even before we were formally involved) or attacking Israel (and bemoaning the fact that real Southerners support Israel) or advocating protectionism (which the real Confederates opposed and which Hamiltonians like myself support), you know you're seeing a palaeocon, "neo-Confederate" poser.
You know what's even more miraculous than "Jewish bankers creating money out of nothing?" Anti-Semites creating "Jewish bankers" and "Rothschilds" out of thin air where there are none!!!
hehe
Not to mention that the Rothschilds have been Christians for several generations at least.
