(1) When Europeans use the word "government" they mean "administration." The government of Iceland - like those of most free countries - changed administrations. The old coalition lost the election and a new coalition won. They did not "dismantle" their government.
(2) No new Constitution was drafted. The Icelandic Constitution of 1944 is still in place and there are no plans to replace it.
(3) While the Tchenguiz brothers (who have no relationship with either the Rothschild or Rockefeller families) were indeed arrested, they were later released when the government admitted that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing on their part.
No one associated with the Rockefeller or Rothschild families were arrested in Iceland.
(4) The author apparently believes that it is possible to draft a law that will prevent any future financial crisis. This is, of course, impossible
