Monumentally, colossally stupid idea showing an absolute and total lack of comprehension of the effect taxes on economic activity. SAY, you work for the government don't you?

Michele Bachmann has some good ideas on spurring investment in America. If I recall correctly it involved zeroing out the tax rate on new investments until the company was effectively turning a real profit then not allowing them to be taxed above 12%.

Lots of carrot and little in the way of stick.
