Here’s what I think.
If people really want to criminalize public visual exposure of the human body, I guess I don’t have a real problem with that, if they’ve got the votes and if people want such a law.
But a felony? Damn. Felonies aren’t for showing some nipple. Felonies are for armed robbery, or beating the crap out of your neighbor with a baseball bat.
I could see in some instances where that is justified.....like he doesn't mow his lawn every week, or his dog poops in yours. /kinda sarcasm
In fact, I think that' written into some of the HOA bylaws; if you don't mow your lawn three times a week you get beaten by the block captain with a baseball bat.
