JJ already have already made that statement.
When a ‘Black guy’ was accosted in a ‘White’ Neighborhood, the battle cry was ‘This is terrible, that gentleman has a Constitutional Right to be in any neighborhood, especially while just passing through and causing no trouble’.
When a ‘White guy’ was accosted in a ‘Black’ Neighborhood they had the following observation ‘He should have known better than to be in THAT neighborhood at that time of night’.
So, the natural assumption ala JJ is
“The Black guy has RIGHTS to be in a ‘White’ neighborhood while a White guy should be SMART enough than to be in a ‘Black’ neighborhood”.
