If he had a dog both he and the dog would be shot dead by the foolish LAPD. I guess they've run out of dogs to shoot. How the LAPD is killing innocent civilians. They now have total disregard for anyone's life. They're going to end up murdering more people than their own ex-cop fugitive in the process.
