You misunderstood me, sir. I am not envious; I am quite satisfied with how my life turned out. I was just pointing out that most of us—and I would include myself among them—worked for the status we attained in life and that is satisfying by itself. Some, though, get everything heaped upon them by accident of birth. This lady is a prime example of that.

Glad to hear that. Yes, it is a very satisfying feeling to make it on your own. Those who were born into wealth will never know that kind of feeling. So rather then envying them, I actually feel a little bad for them.
