And speaking of experimenting... This year I'm going to grow some tomatoes in a box. Saw an article about that from Japan. They put a box around the fruit and let it grow inside and wind up with square tomatoes.

If nothing else, it will be something to discuss over beers.

I’ve seen they’ve done it with watermelons also. Makes them easier to stack and store.
