Just an FYI to everyone, that the 3 post pings is not something I can control. I only submit the post once (and I don't even review it, I just hit post) and then leave it alone. So why it pings 3 times, I don't know. I know others on FR that have ping lists, have that same problem, so it's an FR thing and hopefully they'll get it fixed some day. Meanwhile, it was suggested to shorten the ping list into two posts, so I'll see if that works.
