Black areas are what they would like to designate as "approved" population zones. If you overlay the prospective rail system over this map, it's pretty uncanny. If we can't stop in regulated zones, we can't harm mother earth. That's the theory anyway. /puke

Private railroads are not socialism imo.

However public railroads, high speed rail ,public buses , public anything is socialism and growing socialism is the problem in America and the world
