Hi Redhead,
Im 54
I love children
I’m very handsome
I’m successful
I really am a great catch
Oh and did I forget to mention I’m full of sh!t?
Sounds much like how things are with one I mentioned. The other one, presently living in Alaska, had more natural blondish hair with some red tint to it, in her younger days, making her as I said, "almost" red. She had some gray last I saw her, too. Undoubtedly has more now, and I seem to recall her mentioning in a phonecall that she decided to not try and fight it by turning to the (hairdye) bottle.
Now for the serious test question (to see how well you may match up with my lady friends). Do you have freckles, yes or no? Most redheads have freckles, if only a few. The blondie gal had light colored ones, appearing to not quite come to the surface of the skin of her checks and over bridge of the nose. I remember that as nice feature, with her overall being an attractive gal. The other, well she was hopeless with freckles, having more the suntan through a screen door look when she'd have been out in the sun...and she does love to grow things. A truly lovely woman, that one. You'd probably like her, specially if you can relate to Scotch thrift. She's quite conservative in that direction, but in a well balanced, sane & clear minded way. Turning gray where the once middling strong red has not merely faded...just saw her briefly a month ago. No hair dye for that one, either, not that I have anything against that sort of thing, or otherwise spend much time thinking about it.
Being a man, I care little for my outward appearance. Wash & wear. Blue jeans or similar most the time. Gray hair doesn't bother me. I've got beard full of it.
Hey RP,
I KNOW I came off as a know-it-all-—I didn’t mean to.
Perhaps just a closer, longer look at the women you are interested in before you commit.

What is a "krunky"? K(ilometer) run in Kentucky? K run in the (Florida) Keys? Won the race did you?
or; belly krunches your middle name? or... Love Krunch bars? Krispy rice under a new moon in Kentucky? Help me out here...
I've met several in my lifetime but unfortunately they all wanted to get married.......
Interesting - that stuff about the pastiness is something I’ve never heard before. Some of us pasty folks are pasty because, well, we don’t tan. ;)
I hear you. Our beautiful and intelligent daughter (25) has all but given up. She is also a devout Catholic and she hoped to find a good Catholic young guy.
I know a few couples who met on Free Republic. Here are some hints.Everyone has an about page.Put a picture up.say your single. You don’t have to put personal stuff.
I’m a good woman, and I’m here too.
I always hate these threads on FR. It certainly brings out the good, the bad, and the “Really, really, are you going to be that way?” ones. :)
Dated a Southern Belle for five years. While things didn't work out due to several factors (mostly distance and my unableness to move), I can't argue with you there.
Absolutely loved the North Georgia Mountains. Reminded me of my old home in the North Michigan woods on the river. "Y'all" are lucky down there.
Some of us can't help the pasty part. It's genetics. LOL. Pale white or burnt red. There's no in-between.
I was about to post that myself. :)
Well, I’m a Catholic too. Most of the very nice Catholic ladies I know have all married. :)
Well I really think that Jim should consider a side line and start up a Conservative dating site - or at least a smoky back room for singles who want to meet other Conservatives. Maybe he could charge extra... what dya think?
Didn’t there used to be a Saturday night singles thread?
There’s “pasty” and then there’s “pale”. Someone who can’t tan is pale. Someone who spends their whole life in front of a TV screen is pasty ;)
See #216 above :)
Gee, I don’t know but it’s a good idea - he should reinstate it!
How tall is she and how much does she weigh?
I don’t care if they hate me as long as they love me. Alas, as things stand right now they laugh me.
