I partially disagree with that. In the legal sense you are correct, but how many abortions occur due to massive pressure some a-hole boyfriend or as the result of an affair (and the other man)? Or parents?

The "legal sense" is the only one that matters if the subject is a matter of public policy.

Blaming outside influences is an excuse: not a reason. Women can't have it both ways. Either they are competent to be responsible for their own actions, or they are not. If they are not competent to be responsible for their own actions, they have no right to "equality."
