Remember, no man can force any woman to get an abortion, nor can any man prevent a woman from obtaining one I partially disagree with that. In the legal sense you are correct, but how many abortions occur due to massive pressure some a-hole boyfriend or as the result of an affair (and the other man)? Or parents?

I partially disagree with that. In the legal sense you are correct, but how many abortions occur due to massive pressure some a-hole boyfriend or as the result of an affair (and the other man)? Or parents?The "legal sense" is the only one that matters if the subject is a matter of public policy.
Blaming outside influences is an excuse: not a reason. Women can't have it both ways. Either they are competent to be responsible for their own actions, or they are not. If they are not competent to be responsible for their own actions, they have no right to "equality."

How on earth can you expect a child to think like an adult in an adult situation? Because I don't agree with your premise, nor your hypothetical circumstances.
