I’m with you. I have a cousin that was born with cleft palate and that was back in the early 50’s and they fixed it. I get envelopes all the time asking for donations to fix cleft palates of people around the world.

i routinely donate money to smiletrain. they are a boon to those parts of the world without the medical expertise to repair these kind of defects.the before and after photos are simply amazing.the story above must be a distortion of truth. smiletrain can do a complete surgery with first class results for about $250.be generous and give a kid a smile!!!
