(This is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire; or both)

The “breathtaking” part is that people didn’t know this already...

Can there be any doubt that he views himself as a dictator?

And the clueless Legislative branch and the absolutely worthless Judicial branch are letting El Bozo rule like a king over a bunch of peasants. Thousands of brave Americans have died on battle fields all over the world to keep our freedoms, and these lazy, unprincipled doofuses are letting a small cadre of Marxists hatched at our Leftist universities take over our economy and our country. That is simply disgraceful. All of them should be impeached for refusing to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

The media didn’t contribute to his narcisism, did they?

"L'État, c'est moi" -- Louis XIVIn the long run... that kind of thinking led to M. Doctor Guillotine's device being used for political purposes.

Just wonderful. We have a completely unrestrained narcissistic boy king who hates this Nation trying to run it all on his own.
God help us all.

    This isn’t a presidential administration. It’s a personality cult.

This topic is going get more interesting by the day.
I cannot wait until this, this “thing” tries to shut down a newspaper. I know, it is unlikely, since the publishers adore him, but one may fall a bit out of line pursuing a story along these lines.

To: BenLurkin
Louis XIV supposedly is the one who first said "L'État, c'est moi" ~ but it's more likely that was simply thought of his attitude by those who had to deal with him up front.
Much of our Bill of Rights was written with this particular tyrant ~ the King of France ~ in mind!
Obama clearly thinks of himself as constituting the same sort of personage.

This is the fault of the pathetic news media who are so intellectually vapid as to believe the drivel they've written about this guy. Their job is to report the news, in as unbiased a manner as possible - not to pick sides, protect their chosen ones, and make celebrities out of politicians. The whole Camelot thing with the Kennedys was ridiculous and way, way over the top, and they've been doing the same with those they support ever since. It's really unprofessional, beneath the dignity of a real news organization, and frankly, destructive to the nation.

Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Fuehrer...history repeats itself.
The founding fathers found cause to dispute their dictator.
Do we have the will to reestablish the constitutional republic they gave to us?
