As an employee in EU, if you are sick while on vacation you get to take more vacation days later to make up for being sick while on vacation.

Nope, not kidding, but it IS silly. Those folks work about 70% of the time that we do. They get government mandated vacation days, they have tons of holidays, etc.

It is amazing....
