You've been a wonderful audience folks! Don't forget to tip your waiter on your way out...and drive safely! Please remember that People for the Ethical Treatment of People (PETP) has asked us to stop the practice of waiter tipping - especially when they have those heavy trays filled with people's orders balanced on their hands. Waiter tipping is cruel and it makes a big mess.
Leaving a small amount of cash on the table is preferred.
